Post-Surgical Support & Structured Healing
A gentle, clinically informed approach designed to support the body’s natural healing process following surgery, while reducing swelling, discomfort, and tissue restriction.
This program focuses on restoring proper lymphatic flow, improving tissue mobility, and supporting safe, effective recovery.
This program is ideal for individuals recovering from:
breast surgery (including reconstruction or mastectomy)
lymphatic congestion or fluid retention
post-surgical swelling and inflammation
scar tissue restriction
After surgery, the body often experiences:
fluid buildup and swelling
restricted lymphatic flow
tissue tightness or discomfort
delayed healing
Without proper support, these issues can prolong recovery and affect long-term outcomes.
This program provides structured care to help your body recover safely and efficiently.
Each client begins with a Clinical Assessment & Lymphatic Intake, followed by a structured series of sessions tailored to your stage of healing.
